In 2001, after gaining seven years of hands-on experience in industrial shed roofing and cladding during my teens and early twenties, I, Mehdi Shahmohammadi, embarked on my independent business venture. With a vision to establish a reputable brand, I proudly introduced Borj pooshesh, registered its official seal, and commenced operations by issuing my first invoices, marking the beginning of a journey. From 2001 to 2010, Borj pooshesh Company operated as a mobile business across Iran, gaining valuable industry experience before formally registering with the State Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties. During this time, the company had the privilege of working with leading firms such as Brelian Tile Company, Fakhar Tile Company, Pesteh Aria Company, Doraj Company, and Rayan Khodro Bam Company, among others. In March 2011, I officially established Borj pooshesh Apadana Company by registering it with the Qazvin Province Organization for Registration of Deeds and Properties. With the launch of a dedicated office space and the development of an official website, the company commenced its operations in full compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Three months after establishing the company and completing its official registration, I had the honor of securing a contract with Amatis Tile Company, the largest tile and ceramic manufacturer in Iran. This project, located in Babak Town, Kerman Province, covered an area of 55,000 square meters and involved both the supply of materials and the installation of roofing and wall cladding for the industrial facility. In terms of marketing, I consistently focused on maintaining a strong presence in the industrial hubs of various cities and provinces, which enabled me to successfully complete projects throughout Iran.
Through extensive and strategic advertising and marketing efforts, I successfully earned the trust of production facility managers regarding energy efficiency improvements (utilizing natural light). As a result, Borj pooshesh Apadana Company had the honor of replacing environmentally harmful fiberglass with polycarbonate materials in Iran. To achieve my primary objective, I secured the exclusive rights to represent Italy’s renowned Gallina Company as their authorized distributor in Iran. After securing the dealership with the esteemed Italian company and overcoming numerous challenges, I first purchased an office in a prime location in Qazvin, transitioning from renting. Subsequently, I established the company’s headquarters in a prestigious location in Tehran.
By securing domestic contracts with prominent and large-scale companies in sectors such as steel, cellulose, textiles, and automotive industries, and leveraging its skilled workforce and active participation in both domestic and international exhibitions, Borj pooshesh Apadana Manufacturing and Engineering Company successfully finalized a contract with Iraq’s largest private enterprise, Hawa Dijlah Company. The company proudly contributed to the construction of Baghdad’s largest aquapark, in collaboration with two other distinguished companies, Sazeh Tadbiran Company and Mobtaker Denay-e Aluminum.
Following extensive research and assessments, Borj pooshesh Apadana Manufacturing and Engineering Company, in response to Iran’s urgent demand for high-quality materials, secured an establishment permit and acquired land in Caspian Industrial Town, Qazvin. The company successfully launched its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility, equipped with the latest world-class machinery. Committed to excellence, Borj pooshesh Apadana continues to expand its operations, striving for industry leadership with unwavering dedication and continuous innovation.
The overarching mission of myself and the company’s leadership team is to drive entrepreneurship, generate employment opportunities for Iran’s youth, and contribute to the country’s ongoing industrial and economic development.

Takestan Bush Bearing Project
One of the notable projects successfully completed by Bor jpooshesh Apadana Company in Qazvin Province is the Takestan Bush Bearing Project. Situated at the 3rd kilometer of Takestan Road in Takestan, Qazvin Province, this project utilized high-quality sandwich panels and polycarbonate sheets for construction. Notably, the total project area spans 11,000 m2.

Among the distinguished projects in Borj pooshesh Apadana Company’s portfolio is the Rasha Caspian Iranian Project. Spanning an extensive area of 170,000 m2, this project utilized premium sandwich panels and polycarbonate sheets for both the roofing and wall systems.

Bor jpooshesh Apadana Company takes pride in its successful completion of the Baghdad Aquapark project in Iraq. This landmark international project, spanning 35,000 m2 in Baghdad, Iraq, was constructed using high-quality materials, including advanced sandwich panels, Kalzip roofing systems, and polycarbonate sheets.

The Partow Sard Tavan Company (Himalaya) project is located in Baharestan Industrial Town, 5 km from the Karaj-Qazvin Highway, Karaj, Iran.
Borj pooshesh Apadana Company successfully installed 20,000 m2 of sandwich panels and 4,500 m2 of polycarbonate sheets as part of this project.
