Types of Louvre Dampers
Dampers are made of metal and are usually square, circle or rectangle. Some industrial slippers are designed to reduce pressure or are recommended for use in specific HVAC systems. Demperators are usually made of aluminum or steel. Loaders may be customizable or suitable for applications that need no noise control.
Types of dampers
Dampers are categorized as industrial control products, rebuilding, balanced, bubble, isolated or drainers.
- Back dampers with galvanized steel frame and airfoil blades are extruded aluminum. These blades provide a better strength by reducing noise and static pressure.
- Balanced rear slippers are usually made of galvanized steel. They are designed to meet the applicable requirements based on temperature, pressure or speed.
- Industrial slippers include bubble dampers, rounded insulators and dull drain dampers.
- Bubble slippers in applications that need to be closing. Are used. The ability to shut down in their hard conditions may be eligible for use in nuclear power plants and tested according to ASTM and ASME standards.
- Round insulation slippers are made of carbon steel and have a butterfly blade. They create a very low leakage in both the HVAC and process systems.
- ⬥Round discharge slippers are also made of galvanized steel, but are designed for use on the drain side of a pivot flow fan. These slippers prevent fan shutdown and can tolerate pressure and speed in multi-fan applications.
Louver types
There are four main types of industrial Louvers: fixed, customizable, combination and air measurement.
- Loaders Fixed with angular blades or airfoil that may provide weather protection. Sound weakening.
- Adjustable loads with airfoil blades are also available.
- Combined lines have blades that begin to open at a level of static pressure and completely open at the other level. They may have dorsal damper blades and have a all-aluminum structure for corrosion resistance.
- The air measurement leases have vertical blades that prevent water entry.

The important thing here is to pay attention to temperature, pressure, gas chemistry, flow rate and pressure drop and particles. Additional considerations include an environment where the damper is created. Some dampers are better designed for outer environments that rain, cold and heat can affect damper blades and cause obstruction, swamping and failure.
And finally, we will have 4 types of Louvre Dampers:
- WG-JZ-S: Louver of external air and multiparty damper with opposite performance blades, both galvanized steel.
- WG-JZ-P: Louver of external air and multi-air dampers with parallel performance blades, both galvanized steel.
- WG-AL-JZ: Louver of external air from aluminum and multi-air dampers with opposite yield blades from galvanized steel.
- WG-AL-JZ-P: Louver of external air from aluminum and multi-air dampers with parallel performance blades of galvanized steel
