The standard width of roof sandwich panel is 1.08m whose 7cm is overlapped (overlapping with side panels) and 1.01m useful work, and desirable length (based on customer order). These panels were used as roof cover for industrial structures sheds, transportation containers, fixed and mobile cold-room, storages, and silos. The used thickness is different for various applications. For example, a panel with 5cm thickness is used for sheds by application of mushroom cultivation and date warehouses, and poultry farms. 10-20cm thickness is used for cold-rooms (under and above zero).

Technical characteristics and structure of Mammoth roof sandwich panel
Roof panel (sandwich panel) data is produced in 3-20 cm thickness by stiff polyurethane injection foam (different densities).
Two basic materials forming polyurethane insulation foam includes isocyanate and polyol that are kept in two tanks. Two materials in specific ratio and pressure are injected in vitro by a specific system for insulation. Polyurethane insulation foam is formed from the reaction of two materials and is expanded inside insulation space and fill the space. Since the foam is formed in insulation place, foam fills all pores and makes a full insulation inside surfaces. The pressure at the back of injection system and the resulted pressure from polyurethane foam expansion completely fill all the pores and cover the surface.
This panel is resistant to plants and fungi’s growth with low thermal conductivity coefficient. The producible thickness of roof sandwich panel is mostly 12, 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 20.3, 15, 5 cm that each one is selected based on climate conditions and application. Higher than 88cm sandwich panel is used to cover cold-rooms.
