Aluzinc sheet is more resistant than steel sheets and doesn’t rust from scratch and has the longer lifetime than other sheets.
55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc, and 1.6% silicon is used in combination with Aluzinc.
Sandwich panel with Aluzinc sheet is divided into roof and wall types. In roof types, Aluzinc sheet enters as coil and is used in sandwich panel production after the deformation and stepping of the sheet (rolled trapezoid sheet). The pre-colored Aluzinc sheets enter the machine in the rolled form in wall sandwich panels and the foam is injected into the middle of them.
Aluzinc sheets are produced in various colors with furnace super polyester in 25μm in exterior part, 7μm furnace primer color from inside (for adhesion of foam to the sheet)m and in 0.5, 0.6, and 0.7 mm thickness based on customers’ orders sandwich panel types.
Aluzinc sheet has higher quality than other sheets based on very high resistance against corrosion and abrasion, very high stiffness, strong light and heat reflecting high flexibility, and formability, and being affordable than other sheets.
